Accommodating up to five guests, the property features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and has undergone extensive renovations since its purchase six years ago. The ground floor and much of the first floor have been transformed into a contemporary family space while retaining period features, such as original wooden sash windows that flood the rooms with natural light. The spacious layout includes a playroom with games, a piano, and entertainment options like a large screen TV, ensuring a delightful stay for families.

The living area is designed for comfort, featuring a cozy wood burner and shelves filled with books for guests to enjoy. The well-equipped kitchen diner boasts integrated appliances, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, making it convenient for family needs. Large windows open onto a deck with outdoor seating and dining options, leading down to an enclosed garden that provides ample space for children to play. The first floor hosts a large master bedroom with a super-king bed and antique furnishings, alongside a sizable second bedroom that will soon be upgraded to include a double bed, enhancing its comfort for guests.

Additionally, the loft has been converted into a third bedroom featuring a single bed, a pull-out double sofa bed, and a tropical fish tank, although it lacks a door, making it more suitable for children. The property is ideally situated on a quiet residential street just a short walk from Bude town center and its stunning beaches, including Summerleaze and Crooklets. The town is vibrant, with a growing selection of independent shops, galleries, restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining, and lively local markets on weekends, making it a delightful destination for all visitors.
