Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a cozy sitting room adorned with beamed ceilings, comfortable seating, and a bay window that fills the space with natural light. The room is further enhanced by a wood-burning stove, perfect for cooler evenings, and equipped with a TV and DVD player for entertainment. Adjacent to the sitting area, the open-plan kitchen and dining room provide a functional space for family meals, comfortably seating up to five people while overlooking the serene rear garden.
The well-equipped kitchen is a highlight, showcasing granite work surfaces and original Yorkshire stone floors, which add character to the space. It comes complete with modern appliances, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a built-in wine rack, along with a washing machine and dryer for convenience. The open-plan design allows for easy interaction between the kitchen and dining areas, making it perfect for family gatherings and culinary endeavors.
