The space
We are very excited to welcome guests to this spacious 3 bed semi-detached house, which has a large private rear garden, with outdoor seating. An open plan kitchen and diner and a spacious living room for you to relax in the evening, that includes a smart TV (own log in is required).
Ground Floor:
The front door leads into the open plan kitchen/diner space and stairs to access the first floor.
The living room is a spacious area with a 3-seater leather sofa and a 2-seater leather sofa. There is a smart TV in the living area where you can relax in an evening and watch your favorite shows (you will need to use your own log in details for the TV applications).
The modern kitchen is generously sized and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle and a toaster. A dining table can also be found in the kitchen.
There is also a downstairs toilet.
First floor:
The first bedroom includes 2 single beds and a fitted double wardrobe for storage.
The second bedroom also has 2 single beds with space to hang clothes.
The third bedroom includes 1 single bed with space to hang clothes.
The main bathroom is also located on the first floor where you will find a three piece suite with a shower over the bathtub.
There is a large private rear garden with outdoor seating available for you to use and smoking is also permitted in the garden area. Please do use the wall mounted ash tray provided.
Parking is available on the property. There is one space on the driveway and also free on-street parking outside the property.
There will be some complimentary *tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap*. Other items included are *a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll* which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is an ASDA superstore less than a mile away.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole of the property. There is space on the drive for one vehicle and free on-street parking is also available. The bins are located at the back of the property next to the garage (the garage can not be used).

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested ifguests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Travel Cot & High Chair
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20 for the travel cot and £10 for the High chair. Please ensure you message beforehand so that I can arrange for the installation. Cot bedding will be provided.

This vacation home is located in Doncaster. Goffs UK and Mid Yorkshire Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Lakeside Village Outlet Shopping and Junction 32 Outlet Shopping Village. Yorkshire Wildlife Park and Thorne and Hatfield Moors are also worth visiting.
Self-catering cottage holidays in the UK and Ireland can still be a green option. You can have the comforts of home and the flexibility to do what you want; when you want - without the hassles of air travel!
