There’s room for up to 5 family members, work colleagues or friends, whether you’re visiting the area on a short family break, to watch the football on a friends trip or even work accommodation for contractors. This home’s many great features include a modern kitchen and a large outside space which is great for all guests.
The space
The living area has a TV with two comfortable sofas seating five to six which is great for cosy evenings, and also has a dining room connected with a six seater dining table which would be a great place to work with large airy windows and patio doors leading into the beautiful garden.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, new fridge and freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine. It also has a breakfast bar area seating 2 people creating a lovely sociable space to enjoy!
The Master bedroom is at the front of the property and has a King size bed and features a rail and a large chest of drawers for guests to use, a beautiful fireplace (cannot be lit) and a large bay window creating a beautiful airy room full of natural light.
Bedroom 2 is also located at the front of the property and features one single bed. The room also has a rail and a small side table with storage for guests to use.
Bedroom 3 is located at the back of the property. It boasts a king size bed with a large rail to fit your belongings and features a another large window with beautiful views of the garden full of colorful plants.
We offer hotel-standard linen and towels which are replenished after each stay.
The bathroom is located next to bedroom three upstairs (2nd floor) in the property and features a Shower, Bath, sink and a toilet.
There is a private courtyard in this property that guests can enjoy at the rear of the property. It features outdoor furniture that seats all 5 guests comfortably. The off road parking space is also located next to the courtyard at the rear of the property. To see this and the road entrance to this space is on the last four photos of the listing.
Guest access
There is free off road parking for one car that guests can use. You may access this parking space at the rear of the property and there are photos at the end of the listing to show access. If you require more parking then there is free on road parking directly outside the property (please ensure you do not park in the permit half of the road) and finally if these are not available there is on road parking less than 50m down the road that always has spaces.
