Nestled near the stunning coast and the rugged landscape of Snowdonia, the property serves as an ideal base for exploring local attractions, including the enchanting Portmeirion, the historic Ffestiniog Railway, and the exhilarating Zip World. After a day of adventures, guests can unwind in the comfort of the home, which features fresh décor and new furnishings that create a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.
The accommodation consists of three well-appointed bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a cozy lounge. The master bedroom boasts a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, making it suitable for children or friends sharing. The smallest room includes a junior bed designed for children up to seven years old, ensuring a comfortable stay for families. Notably, all bedrooms are equipped with black-out blinds for a restful night's sleep, and fresh linen and towels are provided for guests' convenience.
Guests have full access to the home, which includes a stylish kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as a gas hob, electric oven, and dishwasher, allowing for easy meal preparation. The dining room features a generous table that accommodates six people, ideal for family gatherings. In the lounge, visitors can relax in front of a cozy gas fire while enjoying entertainment on comfortable sofas. Additionally, a high-chair and travel cot are available free of charge, catering to families with young children.
Outdoor space includes street parking without permits or restrictions, along with a designated off-road parking spot in front of the garage for one vehicle. While the garage and an outside toilet facility are currently undergoing renovations and are not accessible to guests, the back courtyard is ready for use, with plans for further enhancements by summer 2023. The home’s location also provides easy access to the natural beauty of Eryri National Park and nearby attractions, making it a perfect getaway for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.
