Most attractive setting in Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Ideal spot for relaxing amid the peaceful Exmoor countryside with many delightful walks accessed almost directly from the property. The farm is a haven for wildlife including foxes, badgers and rabbits. Red deer can often be seen grazing in surrounding fields and woodland. Only half a mile from the historic pub/restaurant of Hunters Inn. National Trust footpaths lead to unspoilt Heddons Mouth Cove and coastal path just one mile distant. Village pub, stores etc of medieval Parracombe village three miles, beaches of Combe Martin or picturesque twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth five miles and the superb sandy surfing beach at Woolacombe only a 30 minute scenic drive.
Accommodation is comfortably furnished, well equipped and decorated, with double glazing and night storage heating throughout. Two bedrooms - attractive double with pine furnishings, and double + 2' 6" single bedded. Fully tiled bathroom/wc with power shower over bath, wall heater and heated towel rail. Comfortable living room with woodburner in feature fireplace (logs at cost), TV and DVD. Newly fitted kitchen/diner with beamed ceiling, electric log effect fire in fine renovated stone fireplace with original bread oven, washing machine, elec cooker, freezer and microwave. Hallway with door leading to small side garden with garden furniture, sloping lawn and where delightful valley views can be enjoyed. Ample farmyard parking.
