The ground floor features an inviting open-plan lounge that includes a sofa, armchair, and a foldout chair-bed, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen and a convenient downstairs toilet. Guests can enjoy a small private outdoor space at the rear, perfect for sipping coffee or evening drinks, or securely storing bicycles. Ascending to the first floor, visitors will find a double bedroom with a dressing table, built-in wardrobe, and an antique fireplace, complemented by stunning views of the River Severn and Bewdley Bridge through a sash window. A modern bathroom is also located on this floor, equipped with a toilet, bath, and shower facilities.
The upper loft bedroom is designed with flexibility in mind, featuring two single beds positioned on either side of the staircase, with an additional pull-out single bed available for extra sleeping space. The cottage is equipped with central heating, Wi-Fi, and two Smart TVs mounted on retractable arms for entertainment. Outdoor amenities include a foldable metal table and chairs for riverside relaxation, where guests can observe local wildlife such as swans and ducks, as well as enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of passersby. The cottage also boasts private fishing rights along its riverfront, enhancing its appeal for fishing enthusiasts.
Although there is no parking directly outside the cottage due to its riverside location, guests can briefly stop for loading and unloading, with a long-stay public car park just a minute's walk away. A parking permit can be provided for this facility. The area offers a wealth of local amenities, including historic pubs, cafés, supermarkets, and independent shops within a short stroll.
