Set in an idyllic location, close to the village pub and a five-minute drive to the coast, this contemporary house is ideal for a family looking to enjoy a seaside break in a quieter location, yet within short driving distance of the busy towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh.
The newly renovated property is spacious, light and modern throughout, offering lots of space to entertain or relax and restore after fun-filled days exploring the coast. There’s plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy the open plan living space and it’s the perfect place for a family get-together or celebration.
The cottage is surrounded by fields and benefits from a south facing patio rear garden.

The spacious and light room has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, sound system, Nespresso Dolce Vita coffee machine (a few pods will be supplied), dishwasher and washing machine. Dining space has table and seating for six with French doors leading directly to the rear patio garden.

This cottage is located in Saxmundham. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Suffolk Coast and Heaths and RSPB Minsmere, while Saxmundham Museum and Halesworth Gallery are cultural highlights. Pier and Oasis Camel Park are also worth visiting.
