With the golden sandy beach and harbour at Saundersfoot just a stone s throw away, you ll find plenty to do while staying at this welcoming detached house, which is in the small village of New Hedges. Tenby is also approximately one mile away, with plenty of interesting shops and restaurants lining its cobbled streets ready for you to explore. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path isn t far from the property, providing a great opportunity for keen walkers to explore the beautiful area. There s also plenty of visitor attractions to keep the whole family entertained, such as Heatherton, Manor House Zoo, Folly Farm, and Wales largest theme park, Oakwood. This lovingly cared for property, with lots of personal touches offers a real home from home feel. Snuggle on the sofas in the lounge in front of the wood burner effect electric fire and TV, and perhaps select one of the DVDs, from the wide range that is available for all ages. In the kitchen, you ll find everything you need; an electric range oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, as well as a breakfast table. There s also an iron and ironing board available should you need them. The dining room is the perfect place to enjoy a family meal, and gives direct access to the garden. On the first floor you ll find the property s three bedrooms (one with a distant coastal view) two doubles and one single (please note that the single bed is raised and accessed via a small ladder to help children) as well as the spacious bathroom, which has a roll top bath, separate shower and WC. Heading outside you ll find an enclosed south facing garden with a patio area and garden seating. There s also a small pond great for relaxing near with a glass of wine or a good book (children and pets must be supervised).
