With easy access to Preston, Lancaster, the Forest of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, and Morecombe Bay, making this a perfect base to explore the surrounding area. There is also plenty on offer from restaurants and bars to some retail therapy in the abundance of shops. This property has a stylish twist with a different and quirky layout. The lounge is located on the first floor which is the best room in the house with amazing views over the beach and beyond all from the comfort of two sofa s and Smart TV with patio doors leading out to the balcony. The well planned kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. On the second floor we have the first bedroom with a double and single bed plus a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. On the ground floor, down a few steps is the main bedroom with double bed and en suite with shower and WC.
