Enjoy a family seaside holiday, or a coastal retreat with friends where you and your loved ones can come together and make the most of the delightful dog friendly Top Location.

The Space:
Top Location is a comfortable property on a quiet residential road in the heart of Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Modern in style, the property features a living room, large open-plan kitchen-diner, three bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a spacious enclosed rear yard.

On the ground floor you will find a fully furnished, bright lounge featuring a velvet sofa and soft furnishings adding tones of blue and yellow. The large flat screen TV makes the living room the perfect setting for relaxing with your fellow guests.

The modern fully fitted kitchen diner is perfect for cooking and socialising. Recently extended, you can enjoy a home cooked meal and socialise with the family in this space.

The first floor is home to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and generously sized sliding wardrobe. The second bedroom features a double bed, however due to the smaller size of the room, this bedroom may only be suitable for one guest. The choice is yours!

The family bathroom, featuring a shower, WC and wash basin is located off the first floor landing.

The third of the bedrooms can be found on the second floor and is complete with a double bed and a chest of drawers. You’ll also have views of Saltburn’s Emmanuel Church from this room.

The property also has its own private courtyard which really is a suntrap in the warmer months. Fully enclosed, the outdoor space makes Top Location very safe and secure.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Top Location are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.

One well-behaved dog is welcome per reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Top Location is located in the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast.

It is only a short walk to the centre of town from Top Location. Here you’ll find restaurants, cafes, bars and independent shops. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.

Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and the lovely Saltburn is featured. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are beautiful!

Getting Around:
Top Location is within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.

Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.

Saltburn Golf Club and Saltburn Valley Gardens are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Kirkleatham Owl Centre and Zetland Lifeboat Museum. Teesside Autodrome and Rockantics are also worth visiting.
