The living space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and leisure, featuring a cozy corner sofa paired with a footstool, and a stylish wood-burning stove that adds warmth for cozy evenings indoors. The kitchen, while compact, is well-equipped with local granite work surfaces, and the dining area, adorned with a washed wooden table and wicker chairs, creates a welcoming atmosphere for shared meals. Hand-crafted wooden ladders lead to two mezzanine areas that provide additional light-filled spaces for reading and relaxation, with captivating views of the beach and circular windows overlooking the chalet rooftops towards St Ives.
Accommodations include a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, which opens to a beach view through double sliding doors, allowing guests to enjoy the soothing sounds of the sea. The minimalist design extends to a second double bedroom with a large west-facing window and a compact third bedroom with a single bed. A conveniently located shower room is accessible from the main living area, enhancing the functionality of the space. Outside, large sliding glass doors lead to a private terrace surrounded by a Cornish stone wall, featuring outdoor dining facilities and a refreshing outdoor shower with views of the nearby lighthouse.
Gwithian Lookout is perfectly situated for enjoying lazy beach days and long summer evenings, with the vibrant lights of St Ives providing a magical backdrop at night.
