For those seeking a longer beach experience, Whitsand Bay is just two miles away, featuring a lengthy stretch of sand and rocks, with a summer ferry service operating from Cawsand Beach to Plymouth Barbican.

Although the property lacks a private garden, its beachfront location compensates for this, allowing guests to enjoy the seaside right at their doorstep. Kingsand Beach is dog-friendly year-round, while Cawsand Beach permits dogs outside the peak summer season, ensuring that furry companions can also partake in the holiday experience.
