Kitchen area: Well equipped, with electric fan oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast bar. Dining area: Lovely wooden table and 5 dining chairs & high chair.                Sitting Room: Large spacious room with leather sofa's, TV and Blue Ray player.

First Floor: With Beams.

Bedroom 1: With double bed and Jack and Jill access to the family bathroom with, shower over bath, toilet, heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With single bed.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Shared coin-operated tumble dryer in the external utility room. Enclosed garden with sitting area, garden furniture. There are 3 shared barbecues. 

Site within farmland grounds near Shropshire Canal (Less than 1/2 mile)

Shared indoor heated swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m, depth 1.2m), open all year, times vary.

Shared Sports Court. 

Toddler play area. 

Woodland picnic ground. 

Bike store.

Private parking for 2 cars.

No smoking within the cottage.

1 Well behaved Dog allowed.
