Breathe new life into your walking boots as you take to the coastal pathways, discovering some of Cornwall's most beautiful seascapes or take a short road trip to The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Roche Rock & Hermitage, The Clay Trails which are fantastic for cycling enthusiasts, Shipwreck treasure museum, Charlestown Harbour, Mevagissey and not to forget many beautiful beaches. It's just a short drive or train ride into Truro, which boasts an array of shops, bars and restaurants and local markets for you to enjoy, as well as the Hall for Cornwall and magnificent Truro Cathedral a 25 minute car journey away. The railway station is only 5 minutes away, with a direct train to London taking 4 hours 18 minutes. Enter the double fronted cottage and into the dining room; this spacious room is wonderful cosy and features a large table and chairs, perfect for family dining. Next door is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a wood burner and a Smart TV, the perfect spot to snuggle up and watch all your favourite programmes. Back through the dining room is the light and bright kitchen, complete with an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. This leads onto a utility area which is perfect for storing muddy boots or dog bowls. Upstairs, you will find three generous bedrooms. The first is a double with an en suite shower and WC, and you ll also find a single room and a double room. Next door is a family bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. Outside and up some steep steps is a good size garden with a patio area with garden furniture, the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a glass of something cold after a long day exploring. Parking permit provided for one car and further parking is available at the nearby public car parks.
