This cottage is situated in the Victorian seaside village of Mundesley, a well appointed village with an array of shops, pubs, and tea rooms all of which are located within a short walk of the property. The village is also home to a small maritime museum which may be of interest to those who want to find out more about the history and heritage of the area. Of course, the beach is one of the main reasons that people to choose to holiday here, and visitors will not be disappointed by the wide expanse of sand which is backed by coloured beach huts and is ideal for sunbathing, paddling, playing, and exploring rock pools. For a change of scene, the town of Wroxham is located 15 miles to the south of the village and is known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads . There are numerous places here to hire self drive boats or to jump aboard one of the many boat trips which allow guests to enjoy a leisurely trip on the tranquil waters. Guests arriving at this cottage will be delighted to make themselves at home after their journey in the pretty lounge/diner with its whitewashed walls which give it a touch of maritime chic. Two deep sofas provide plenty of space to relax, whilst the TV/DVD in the lounge is perfect for enjoying a film at the end of the day at the beach. The dining table occupies the far corner of the room, next to which a door leads through to the kitchen which comes equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge. A patio door from the kitchen leads out to the garden at the rear of the property. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor, as is usual for this type of property, and offers a shower over bath and WC. Steep cottage style stairs take guests up to the first floor where the three bedrooms are situated. All of the bedrooms have been finished in an elegant understated style giving each of them a restful atmosphere. The first of these is a double room which enjoys glimpses of the sea, whilst there is also a twin room and a peaceful single. To the rear of the property, guests will find a small garden where table and chairs are provided, and is ideal for enjoying alfresco drinks or dining. Fully enclosed garden. There is a dedicated parking space for one car, although please be aware that access to this space is tight.
