Situated on a small vineyard between the quaint Kent villages of Marden and Goudhurst, which boast independent shops, cafes and restaurants along with spectacular views across the Kent Weald, this property is perfect for foodies and walkers alike. Explore the numerous local vineyards on offer including Herbert Halls (1.5 miles) Balfour Winery (2 miles) and Chapel Down Vineyard (15 miles) or enjoy a trip into Cranbrook (6 miles) and explore the many independent shops and cafes on offer. The Kent and East Sussex coast is within easy reach and boasts sandy and pebbled beaches, lined with charming seaside towns and villages. Guests can also explore the many historic houses, gardens and castles this area has to offer including Scotney Castle (6 miles), Leeds Castle (10 miles) and Godinton House and Gardens (19 miles) or take a trip up to London which is only 45 minutes on the train. Enter the cottage through the front door which opens into the light and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with views across the owner s vineyard and local farmland. The lounge area has a wood burner, two comfy sofas, an armchair and a Smart TV. There is a table suitable for five people to dine at and a cupboard with a selection of board games and books. The kitchen area has all the equipment you would expect, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a fridge/freezer. A corridor leads from the kitchen area to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and French doors which open out onto a secluded patio area. The second bedroom also has a double bed, and the property is completed with a single bedroom. The family bathroom offers a shower over the bath and WC. In here you will also find a utility cupboard with a washer drier and there is also a further separate WC. French windows in both the lounge and king size bedroom lead out to a large south facing garden with a patio area with patio table and chairs, and charcoal BBQ. There is private parking for two cars and the owner can arrange bicycle storage.
