Located on the outskirts of Lockerbie and is withing easy access to The Northumberland National Park, Scottish Borders, Lake District and Scottish Coastline. The area presents an abundance of walks so you can explore the beautiful countryside on offer. Located on the edge of Lockerbie, which boasts plenty of pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy, and is only a short walk from the Garden of Remembrance. Being close to the magnificent Solway Firth, which spans over 200 miles of spectacular coastline where there are numerous splendid sandy beaches to explore. Other local attractions include Caerlaverock, Threave and Drumlanrig Castles, Robert Burns' House, Aviation museum, an array of golf courses and fantastic wildlife reserves. On entering the property, you will arrive into a bright long hallway where you can leave your coats and shoes. The first room, on the right, is the lounge with two sofas, an open fire and TV/DVD, the perfect spot to relax after a long day. Head along the hallway where you will find another entrance door on your left and on the right, a utility room with washer/dryer and access to the shower room with shower and WC.
