An easy trip to the Brecon Beacons Visitor Centre can be made on foot as it lies less than two miles from home. Visit the tea rooms here for a pre adventure energy stop or treat yourselves to something tasty after you have spent the day exploring. Fun for all the family can be had 14 miles away at the Llangorse Multi Activity Centre; try your hand at caving, abseiling or rock climbing amongst a whole host of other exciting activities. Leave muddy boots in the entrance porch and head inside for the evening. Fire up the wood burner in the spacious lounge where plenty of sofa space means everyone can unwind with ease. The space is light due the cottage windows and is dotted with homely comforts such as pictures and plants. Head through to the kitchen/diner where plenty of worktop space means mealtimes are easy and you can designate more than one chef for the night. Cook up a storm on the gas oven before plating up at the table and enjoying a feast together. After dinner climb the stairs from the kitchen to reach the bedrooms on the first floor, both of which are delightful rooms. The bright family room and snug yet light twin room sit by the family bathroom. Enjoy a soak in the tub before bed or rise and shine and freshen up in the shower over the bath. Make the most of sunny days and evenings and dine alfresco in the garden. An enclosed paddock provides a safe space for dogs and children to run around to their hearts content.
