This delightful property sits in the village of Lessingham where you can walk the country lanes to vast stretches of sandy beaches at Eccles on Sea, 1 mile away or a take a short trip to Happisburgh. You can also visit the fine city of Norwich with its theatres, museums cathedrals, shops and restaurants. There is also the option of taking a boat trip in Wroxham on the Norfolk broads which is only a short drive away. Guests enter this property and arrive in the kitchen area which features an electric oven, hob, AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a kitchen table and five chairs should you wish to have a less formal place to have a snack or a coffee before heading out for the day. The kitchen leads through to the lounge and dining area. The lounge has a large comfortable sofa, two arm chairs, a smart TV for all your favourite shows and a wood burner so you can cosy up and relax with loved ones in the evening. The dining table has enough seating for up to 6 guests should you wish to dine in. There are three bedrooms. There is a twin room with plenty of storage space and a single room, as well as a double room which also has plenty of storage space for your personal items. Up 3 steps is the bathroom where you can revitalise your senses with its free standing bath, separate shower cubicle and WC and for convenience there is another separate WC towards the front of the property. There is a utility room with a washer/dryer and more storage space next to the bathroom. Guests have use of a table and up to five chairs in the garden if you would like to relax outside and listen to the variety of wildlife in the woodland next door or gaze up at the circling buzzards above in the sky. When the wind blows you can hear the sea breaking just a mile away. There is private off road parking for two cars.
