With plenty of walks straight from your door you will not be short of places to explore. Hadrian's Wall with plenty of historic roman fort sites to visit and the historic city of Carlisle are within driving distance. Head along to Ullswater and enjoy a family day out on the fantastic Ullswater steamer or for the more adventurous types hire your own boat or kayak and head out onto the water. Upon entering you will go into the lounge, you will soon feel at home and relaxed in no time. Offering space for all with two leather sofas, Smart TV and flame effect electric fire which has all the ingredients to create a relaxing evening in after a day out. Heading on through to the kitchen/diner you have all you need to rustle up a family feast with dining table set in front of the patio doors. The Kitchen offers lots of worktop space so all the family can get involved in mealtimes, equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with a washer/dryer and a separate WC. On the first floor is the master king size bedroom with en suite shower and WC. Completing the first floor is the double bedroom, a single bedroom and the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside you will find a paved area with seating and charcoal BBQ. There is also a wonderful garden area which is fantastic for the kids. Also, storage space in the garage for bikes and kayaks/canoes. There is also private parking for two cars.
