Located in the village of Chittlehampton, a short walk from the village square, superb local pub and shop. Drive to some of North Devon s finest beaches including Saunton (16 miles) and Croyde, (18 miles) which are popular with surfers and swimmers, walkers and cyclists who can enjoy the Tarka Trail. Barnstaple (8 miles) and South Molton (6 miles) are nearby with popular pannier markets and shops. Other attractions include Dartington Crystal (11 miles), RHS Rosemoor Gardens (11.7 miles), National Trust properties, golf courses and pretty villages with local pubs. A truly wonderful holiday location for all interests. Arrive at the cottage and enter the hallway, The lounge/diner with feature fireplace and wood burner is to your right and has a Smart TV, comfy seating and a large dining table at one end allowing everyone to sit and eat together. The kitchen is next and has an antique brick floor as well as everything you need to cater for your stay. Steps lead up to a rear lobby with slate floor to a separate WC and a utility room that doubles up as a boot room the perfect spot to kick off your walking boots after a day s exploring. After a long day, head up the wooden open tread staircase to the first floor where you will find, a large landing area and three bedrooms, a spacious double room, a twin room and a single bedroom. The bathroom completes the accommodation. Outside, there is a small rear courtyard with a bistro table and chairs. From the rear door, the narrow lane leads up to a signed pathway and a large, enclosed lawn garden with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ.
