The property beautifully combines original architectural features with a stylish and simple decor, offering breathtaking views of the majestic Skiddaw and Latrigg mountains from the front, and an impressive mountain vista from the rear. Its prime location allows guests to reach the vibrant heart of Keswick in just a two-minute walk, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

The ground floor of the cottage is adorned with slate flooring throughout, beginning with an inviting entrance hallway that leads into a spacious open-plan sitting and dining room. This area is equipped with modern amenities such as a Smart TV, DVD player, and WiFi, alongside a cozy wood-burning stove that adds warmth and comfort. The dining room overlooks an enclosed stone-walled yard, perfect for enjoying sunny breakfasts and hosting barbecues. The well-equipped kitchen features a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and microwave, with an additional downstairs cloakroom that includes a WC, sink, and washing machine for added convenience.

On the upper level, the master bedroom offers stunning views of Catbells and is furnished with a king-sized bed and ample storage. A second double room contains twin beds, also with dramatic views, while the third bedroom, which faces Latrigg, is equipped with a single or small double bed. Each bedroom is thoughtfully provided with cool cotton linens and towels for a comfortable stay.
