Sandside is breathtaking, with sublime views and loads of opportunities for walking and cycling. Although barely 15 miles from the southern shore of Windermere and less than ten minutes from Kendal, the number of visitors is far fewer than the Lakes, which means it always feels tranquil, even in the busy school holiday season. The nearest amenities are just over a mile away in the market town of Milnthorpe, where there are two small supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and cafes and there are also plenty of cafes, tea rooms and pubs just five minutes away in the coastal village of Arnside.

Located in Milnthorpe, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake District National Park and Yorkshire Dales National Park.
