Water's Edge is a modern end townhouse, situated in a quiet location on the harbourside in the sleepy fishing village of Garlieston in the Galloway Machars.
The property has a spacious open plan living room with well-equipped kitchen, dining alcove and comfortable seating area. One twin bedroom and one double bedroom, whcih is ensuite with a balcony looking across the Bay to the village and hills beyond.
Off street parking for one vehicle outside the property, plus further parking nearby - including a free boat park.
The property is just 100 yards from a shingle beach, with lovely coastal walks leading to nearby Rigg Bay and on to the Isle of Whithorn. Garlieston village has a pub and 2 small shops, with further shops and eateries in nearby Wigtown and Whithorn. Wigtown (National Booktown) is about 10 miles away, with the Galloway Hills and Forest Park about 18 miles. The local area is very unspoilt and peaceful, with lovely rolling countryside, delightful sheltered bays and rugged cliffs.
