This wonderful holiday home is located just 880 yards from Gorleston-on-Sea’s beach, an award-winning sandy beach with grand promenade and gardens, a beach café, restaurants and a pub offering great refreshments and food. The beach also has a designated area for walking dogs. This is a great destination that is very popular for young and old alike, surfers, windsurfers, body-boarders and kite-flyers too. Gorleston’s town centre is just a 20-minute walk for shops, supermarkets and more restaurants and pubs.
Head to the traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth for its sandy beach, donkey rides, trampoline park (seasonal), pier, promenade, amusements, fun fair, crazy golf, model village and much more. For thrill seekers, enjoy a day at Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, or for a quieter day out, golfers are welcome at Gorleston Golf Club. Jump on the train or take a 35-minute drive to the medieval city of Norwich, voted one of the top ten shopping locations in the UK. Here you will also find art galleries, a cathedral and a castle museum. Suffolk Heritage Coast is full of pretty coastal villages such as Southwold, Dunwich and Aldeburgh, all within driving distance.
For a change in pace, visit the Norfolk Broads National Park, the southern gateway of which lies in Oulton Broad, just a short drive away. Add in lots of great walks, cycle routes and wildlife watching opportunities, and you will see why the area remains so popular.
After a day out exploring and having worked up a great appetite, you will be delighted to find that there are lots of great places to eat close by, many delivery options for when you don’t want to cook or venture out, and a well-equipped kitchen for those wishing to dine in.

Located in Great Yarmouth, this cottage is by the sea. Gorleston Golf Club and Norfolk Coast Path - East are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Norfolk Broads and Carlton Marshes Nature Reserve. Sea Life Great Yarmouth and Pirates Cove Adventure Golf are also worth visiting.
