Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed lawned garden and benefit from roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis, approximately 20 meters from the cottage.

The cottage is well-equipped with modern amenities including gas central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. All fuel and power costs are included in the rental price, along with bed linen and towels. For families traveling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request, although linen for the travel cot is not included. It's important to note that the property does not allow pets or smoking, and children under five are not permitted, except for infants in arms. Guests should also be cautious of some low doorway entrances within the cottage.
