Upon entering Middle Cottage through its stable door, guests are welcomed into a slate-tiled lobby that leads to an open-plan ground floor. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area includes modern appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and fan oven, ensuring convenience during your stay. The cozy living area features a three-seater sofa and an armchair, centered around an inviting inglenook fireplace, while a snug area provides additional seating with a two-seater 'snuggle' sofa and a TV that can be viewed from both spaces. A staircase from the snug leads to the two bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is furnished with an oak-framed king-size bed and offers space for a travel cot, accommodating families with young children. The second bedroom contains a standard double bed, both rooms thoughtfully designed for comfort. The family bathroom features heated slate tile flooring, a bath with an electric shower, and essential amenities. The cottage is equipped with electric heating and a wood burner, with the first basket of logs provided for winter bookings, ensuring a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Outside, guests can enjoy the tranquility of the sheltered gardens, complete with patio areas and seating, perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening drinks. Parking is conveniently available for unloading, with ample unrestricted on-road parking nearby. The village pub is just a five-minute walk away, and nearby Tuckenhay offers two delightful waterside pubs. For a broader range of activities, the vibrant town of Totnes and the stunning beaches of Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands are less than ten minutes away by car.
