The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, a lounge, and a dining room, providing all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Located just a mile from stunning beaches and the RSPB bird reserve, guests can immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the area, renowned for its spectacular wildlife and diverse landscapes.

The annexe itself is a transformation of the former Snettisham Railway Station, which served the village from its opening in 1862 until its closure in 1969. It retains many original railway features, including the old waiting room and ticket office, now repurposed into modern living spaces. The property has been lovingly restored by the current owners, Martin and Debbie Perry, who are committed to preserving its historical charm while enhancing guest comfort. Although the platforms are not included in the booking due to health and safety regulations, special arrangements can be made with the hosts during a stay.
