The space
82A has a cheerful, welcoming feel, formerly part of The Morgan Pub, has a heritage of hospitality and a warm welcome awaits you. Entering from the front door of the property, the living room has comfortable seating for friends and family to relax in a cosy atmosphere, watch tv or step outside to the sunny, outdoor private decked terrace and enjoy the views across the Severn Valley and a morning coffee or glass of wine. Heading down to the lower ground floor you will find the open plan kitchen/dining room, again perfect for socialising together and enjoying a meal, with views out to the pretty, communal terraced area which can be accessed by a rear door and leads to the car parking space and bin store.
The kitchen and utility are fully equipped so that you find it a home from home, with dishwasher and washing/dryer for your convenience. Tea, coffee and long life milk are provided for refreshments on arrival along with essential cleaning materials.
The first floor consists of the master bedroom overlooking the pretty church opposite at the front and the second small double bedroom with fabulous views at the back across the Severn Valley. The family bathroom consists of a bath with shower over, toilet and basin. All rooms feature period sash windows and high ceilings and feel bright and airy. Enjoy a peaceful nights rest in crisp white cotton linen on comfortable sprung mattress with non allergic feel like down pillows. Fluffy white towels are included and all immediate essential toiletries to cater for your first few days.

The property, previously known as The Morgan, can be accessed from the main front door on The Worcester Road itself or from the rear after parking in the designated parking space accessed via Lygon Bank. You will find parking continuing along the roadside in front of the property so that you can unload and then move you car round to the rear where you will find the designated parking space. Parking on the roadside in front of the property is available Mon-Sat 8am-6:30pm for 1hour, Sunday and after 6;30pm every day is unlimited. For parking of further vehicles in your party, there is free long stay parking at the Link Top Car Park just a few minutes away near the traffic lights.
