Cleverly designed with the living area on the first floor and French doors onto the balcony, making the most of the lovely views over the Common. This gem of a property has two bedrooms for four guests and a delightful private walled garden. Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

First floor: Cloakroom: WC and hand basin. Kitchen: fully fitted, fridge, separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher, gas cooker and gas hob. Living area: dining room table, chairs, bench. Three armchairs, sofa, coffee tables, French windows to balcony with bistro table and chairs and spiral staircase to garden. Utility area in garage: tumble dryer and washing machine.
Entertainment: TV with integrated DVD player, radio/cd player For Families: books, magazines and games. Outside: private walled rear garden with brick weave paving. Parking: drive shared with 3 other properties, parking in front of The Little House for one car. Garage only suitable for a small car but is ideal for storage for bicycles. General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Central heating. No smoking. Pets: 1 well behaved pet welcome. Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: some guests may find the staircases quite steep so care should be taken with children and this cottage may be unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Notes: Available for short breaks and longer holidays throughout the year.

This vacation home is located in Southwold. Southwold Museum and Halesworth Airfield Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Valley Farm Vineyards and Beccles Lido. Pier and Henstead Exotic Gardens are also worth visiting.
