The Barn is one of two luxury barn conversions within the grounds of the owner's home, on the outskirts of the village of Hanbury in Worcestershire. This all-ground-floor property has two bedrooms, comprising a king-size double and a twin, each with an en-suite shower room, sleeping four guests. There is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and seating area and outside you will find off-road parking for two cars, a well as a front patio with furniture and a rear decked garden with furniture and a barbecue. The Barn is a tranquil getaway in a lovely, rural location.

Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, wine cooler, fridge, dishwasher, Smart TV, Alexa and WiFi (Airband) 2 x Fans (in the utility room) Shared Washing machine, tumble drier and Fridge Freezer. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front patio with furniture, rear enclosed decking with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 2.6 miles.

Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
