The kitchen is equipped with tasteful oak units, an electric cooker, a microwave, and a fridge with a small ice compartment. Additionally, a small utility room is available, featuring a washing machine and a small sink for added convenience.

Accommodation is spread across multiple levels, with the first floor hosting a twin bedroom complete with 3ft beds and a shower room that includes a spacious walk-in shower, hand basin, and WC, along with access to the outdoor terrace. Ascending further, guests will find a cozy double bedroom featuring a 4ft 6in double bed on the second floor. The outdoor space includes a first-floor terrace furnished with garden furniture, as well as a front patio with a garden bench, providing ample opportunity for relaxation in the fresh air.

Parking is available for guests at Upper Coombes, although there is a height restriction of 1.85 meters for vehicles. Those with taller vehicles will need to utilize the main village car park located opposite The Crumplehorn Public House. Tean Cottage is well-equipped with essential amenities, including bed linen, towels, a travel cot, and a high chair. Heating is provided through night storage and oil-filled electric radiators, with electricity managed via a £1 coin meter. With Polperro beach just seven minutes away and other local attractions, shops, pubs, and restaurants within easy reach, this cottage offers a perfect base for exploring the stunning coastal region of Cornwall.
