Buxton is renowned for its fascinating architecture and buildings, such as the Devonshire Dome and the Buxton Crescent, built in the style seen in the city of Bath, both these buildings await your discovery and are a short walk. The 5th Duke of Devonshire had a big impact on Buxton's architecture when he had visions of creating a spa town to rival Bath. Entertainment doesn't disappoint and live bands feature in many special bars at night, or why not try something different like Go Ape!
