This all-ground-floor accommodation features two well-appointed bedrooms: a king-size double with an en-suite shower room and a versatile 2'6" twin room that can be converted into a king-size upon request. The lodge also boasts a spacious open-plan living area that combines a kitchen, dining, and sitting area, along with a utility room. Outside, guests can enjoy a decked area furnished for relaxation, while off-road parking is available for two vehicles. However, it is important to note that electric car charging is not permitted on-site, with a charging point located at the Skipton Town Hall car park.

The lodge is equipped with modern amenities including LPG central heating, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a TV with DVD player (DVDs not provided). The rental includes fuel and power, bed linen, and towels, along with a highchair and travel cot for families. Guests should be aware that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. A £100 good housekeeping bond is required, and it is essential to inform Sykes Cottages a week in advance if the twin beds need to be set up as a king-size double. Additionally, stag, hen, or similar parties are not permitted at the property.
