This delightful cottage accommodates up to four guests, featuring two well-appointed bedrooms: a super king-size double on the first floor and a king-size double on the second floor. The cottage also includes a modern bathroom equipped with a bath, a separate walk-in shower, a basin, and a WC. The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, dining space, and comfortable sitting area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for families and friends.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private rear courtyard, complete with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. The property is pet-friendly, allowing one well-behaved pet, and is equipped with essential amenities such as gas central heating, an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, and a washing machine. A selection of books and puzzles adds to the cozy ambiance, while bed linen and towels are included in the rental. Notably, from October 1, 2019, guests will benefit from a free parking permit for the nearby Gloucester Road Parking Lot.
