The cottage sleeps 4 and has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a shower room and a bathroom.
Less than 10 minutes by car or bus to the beach and other nearby attractions including Hornsea Mere, Wassand Hall & Gardens and Honeysuckle Farm. There are several other stately homes and gardens within a short drive and in less than 30 minutes you can be in historic Beverley with it's Minster, Westwood, and upmarket shops. Slightly further afield you'll find Hull, City of Culture 2017 where there are numerous things to see and do including museums, theatres, parks, The Deep aquarium, shops and restaurants to name a few. The seaside towns of Bridlington and Scarborough are also within easy reach as are the Yorkshire Wolds and North York Moors.

Meadow View is a cosy end-terrace cottage in a very quiet village location with spectacular views over open fields at the rear. Built in 1850 but fully renovated in 2017 the cottage sleeps 4 and has a bathroom and a separate shower room. Downstairs there is a cosy sitting room with original brick fireplace and flat screen TV. A door leads through to a separate spacious dining room. The kitchen has a fan oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, washing machine and built-in dishwasher and fridge. There is a downstairs shower room with wc, handbasin and rainfall shower. Upstairs there is a bathroom with wc, handbasin and a large claw-foot bath. The cosy rear bedroom sleeps 2 in a double bed and has fantastic views out over open fields and countryside. The larger front bedroom has a small feature fireplace, twin beds and room for a cot. Outside there is a small private yard with seating. Please note the stairs are narrow with low head clearance at the bottom in keeping with a property of this age.

Sigglesthorne is a very quiet rural village within open countryside making it ideal for walking and cycling. There is an ancient church dedicated to St Lawrence that was designated a Grade II listed building in 1966 and is now recorded in the National Heritage List for England, maintained by Historic England.
