The cottage is ideally situated for visitors looking to experience local attractions such as the RHS Rosemoor gardens and Dartington Crystal. With the nearest beach only a mile away and essential amenities within easy reach, guests can enjoy both relaxation and adventure during their stay. The property is family-friendly and welcomes pets, accommodating up to two dogs with prior arrangement, although an additional fee may apply. Smoking is not permitted on the premises, ensuring a clean environment for all guests.

Inside, Pusehill Cottage features a spacious living room that opens up to a courtyard, a well-equipped kitchen/diner, and a modern shower room. The sleeping arrangements include a double bed and two single beds, with the option of a travel cot for families with infants.
