Beautifully presented barn conversion in a lovely peaceful location, just a short walk to the centre of the pretty Harbour town of Aberaeron.
Ideally situated at the end of a private narrow lane, in a lovely tranquil location with views across the open fields.
A lovely walk across the fields takes you straight to the centre of the delightful Georgian market town of Aberaeron.
From the sunny conservatory, you enter this lovely barn conversion into the hallway with a separate WC. From here head through to the well-equipped kitchen/diner which has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. French doors lead onto the private patio area and garden, perfect for al fresco dining. From the hallway is the light and airy lounge with TV/DVD and wood burner effect electric fire. Head up the stairs to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms, one super-king-size with en-suite shower room and WC. The second bedroom is a double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Outside there is a lawned garden with a cobbled and tiled patio area with garden furniture. Access to the tennis court and lovely walks. Parking is available for up to three cars.
A lovely walk across the fields takes you straight to the centre of the delightful Georgian market town of Aberaeron, with its rows of pretty colour-washed houses, pretty harbour, and plenty of eateries and independent shops along with access to the coastal path and a pebbly beach. From the cottage heading inland, you are able to pick up a path and cycleway through the pretty Aeron Valley to the National Trusts Llanerchaeron Estate, an impressive Georgian Villa. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).
If you park your car you have access to everything. You wouldn't need to get in your car for your stay as you have everything in town.
There is a direct bus stop at the top of the lane and you have direct access to the Ceredigion Coastal path just a 5minute walk away.
This cottage is located in Aberaeron. Coed Y Foel and Celtic Country Wines - Celteg are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cors Caron and Harbour Beach. New Quay Honey Farm and Jane Beck Welsh Blankets are also worth visiting.
