The location, situated on the outskirts of Thurlestone along a peaceful country lane, provides easy access to a scenic coastal path, a nearby golf course, and some of the finest sandy beaches in the South West, all within a short walking distance.

The accommodation features a private south-facing terrace that welcomes guests into a spacious bedroom furnished with a 5ft double bed and an additional 3ft bed adorned with scatter cushions for comfort. Ample storage is provided with a fitted wardrobe, and the adjoining bathroom is equipped with a bath, an electric power shower, a basin, and a WC. A small lobby area includes another child's bed, while stairs lead to a beautifully designed first-floor living room that enhances the overall appeal of the property.

The first floor also includes a small yet well-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances such as an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. An extending dining table can accommodate up to six people, and the comfortable sitting area includes a 4ft sofa bed, chairs, and a TV with a DVD player, all framed by large windows that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Outside, guests can enjoy a pathway that leads to a private patio area furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing while overlooking the meadow and taking in views of Bantham and Burgh Island. The property also provides a large parking area adjacent to the owners' garden. Included in the stay are bed linen, towels (excluding beach towels), Wi-Fi, electricity, and heating, with a cot and high chair available upon request.
