Downstairs
A beautiful entrance way with downstairs W/C at the end. Off to the right is a corridor leading to a newly fitted kitchen with modern amenities (no dishwasher) and a large living dining area with smart TV.

Upstairs
Fully fitted bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Bedroom 1 is spacious with Double bed.

Bedroom 2 is impressively spacious and has a king bed, built in wardrobes and a sitting area.

Self check-in/out via lock box.
Private, off-road parking for one car

Other things to note
Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

We have a travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavor to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings and our cleaners schedule, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
