Relax and unwind in this spacious converted Coach House. Tucked away in the beautiful Norfolk countryside. This beamed cottage is full of character and offers flexible accommodation. It is ideally located for both coast or countryside and is only a couple of miles from the Georgian market town of Holt. Set in the owners 4-acre grounds guests can enjoy the shared lawned areas and paddocks and also have use of a private patio and outdoor dining area.

Ground floor:
Living room with two comfortable sofas and an armchair, Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player are all provided for guests use.

Kitchen/Diner:
Dining table and chairs. Kitchen is well equipped with all of the essentials, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: Zip and link king size bed that can separated into two single beds on request. Wardrobe and drawers for guest storage

Bedroom 2: Single bed, drawers and wardrobe for guests storage.

Bedroom 3: Single bed, wardrobe and drawers for guests storage.

Bathroom: Bath and toilet, sloped ceiling.

Outside:
private patio area with outside dining furniture


You will have access to the entire property, a private outside dining area and access to shared lawned areas and paddocks.

We also provide complimentary tea/coffee as well as travel size bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing up pack, toilet rolls and kitchen roll.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. Access is is via a private driveway leading onto Green Farm. There is private parking for two cars. A private outdoor seating area and shared access to the lawned garden and paddocks.

Other things to note
The property is pet friendly. Please note that dogs must be kept on leads as there are sheep on the farm.
A cot/high chair is available on request.
