The open-plan living and dining room is spectacularly spacious and bright, with full height windows and a set of patio doors to let you immerse yourself in the Highland landscape and savour the views of the loch, as well as giving the opportunity to step out onto the covered decking area to further enjoy the splendid surroundings.
The comfortable furniture includes an Ercol sofa, double-sized love seats, and upholstered benches, and a Danish wood-burning stove provides a warming ambience. In the dining space, the dining tables look out over the rear garden.
A superbly equipped contemporary kitchen contains everything you need for delicious meals while self-catering. Make use of two full-sized ovens, an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and an extensive range of kitchenware to prepare something tasty, with a dishwasher too to make cleaning up a breeze.
There’s a downstairs bedroom which boasts a super-king-size bed, a small sofa, and even its own en-suite bathroom with a built-in bath and a large walk-in rainfall shower. This room oozes luxury with comfortable high-end furnishings and décor as well as stunning views.
The upstairs bedroom is just as incredible with a comfortable and luxurious super-king-size bed which can be made up as two singles on request. Ercol dressing tables, chairs and storage add a charming touch. There’s a floor-to-ceiling picture window which offers stunning views across Loch Fleet towards the mountains beyond, with blackout shutters and blinds to keep things cosy and dark when you’re sleeping. This room also has its own en-suite with a double-height shower.There’s also a mezzanine area with two chairs and a 50” flatscreen TV alongside a picture window, perfect for enjoying spectacular views while watching a show or reading a book.
Added conveniences in this property include a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and space for hanging and drying clothes and storing coats, and a cloakroom with a WC, both of which are located on the ground floor.
