Tucked down a quiet cul-de-sac in Llanfaelog we find Number 3. A beautifully refurbished bungalow sleeping four guests in two bedrooms.

Here you can enjoy the best of both worlds: a peaceful countryside location and yet within 15 minutes walk you find yourself in the vibrant seaside village of Rhosneigr (one mile), making Number 3 an ideal pet-friendly rural retreat offering easy access to Anglesey's attractions and beaches.

What's more, because Number 3 is laid out over one floor it's also ideal for families with small children or guests who have difficulty with stairs. Come rain or shine, Number 3 - as it is affectionately known - is a great place to stay.

Enter the accommodation into a spacious porch-come-hallway at the rear of the house, situated next to the garage and where you can drop off your sandy flip flops and towels after a day on the beach.

To the right, the entrance hall leads into the garage which also doubles as the utility room with a washing machine and plenty of storage space for your bodyboards and other beach equipment.

To the left, there is a beautiful and spacious open-plan kitchen-diner with plenty of room for you to share kitchen duties over a glass of wine and a catch-up.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals, beach picnics and snacks, with a breakfast bar and dining table for informal breakfasts or to lay out a buffet for the kids to take out a picnic to the garden.

From the kitchen, head out the patio doors to an enclosed courtyard and garden area. The perfect setting for al fresco dining during the summer months.

The sitting room has a lovely country feel with wood stripped floors and a beautiful log burner for autumn-winter stays. The space is bright and airy with natural sunlight flooding in and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair with footstool, and a flat-screen TV.



Sleeping arrangements

The property is a perfect set-up for families with children, featuring two spacious and bright bedrooms. One double and a twin bedroom.

There is an ample size family bathroom with a shower over bath, washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet.



The Nitty Gritty
Number 3 is pet-friendly and welcomes two well-behaved pets. Number 3 has an enclosed rear courtyard and off-road parking for two cars. This property provides one travel cot and one highchair only - We dont provide a travel cot mattress and cot linen.

The Location

Number 3 is tucked down a quiet cul-de-sac in the tiny village of Llanfaelog on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey, North Wales.

Unspoilt countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and the Llyn Peninsula.

The village has one general store - The Wayside - and is within easy walking distance to Llyn Maelog, a large lake rich in birdlife and fish.

The vibrant seaside village of Rhosneigr is just one mile away. Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr village has two brilliant golden sand beaches which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing.

In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain, there is a surf shop (also offering lessons) and the village is home to a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, and provides good local shopping facilities for food, drinks, gifts and souvenirs.

Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!

Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and the Llyn Peninsula.

Fancy a round of golf? Anglesey Golf Club is just a few minutes drive from Y Stabl.

Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).

Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.

Located in Ty Croes, this vacation home is in a rural area. Barclodiad y Gawres Burial Chamber and Eglwys Cwyfan are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Anglesey Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The Dingle Nature Reserve.
