For those requiring additional space, a fifth guest can be accommodated upon request for an extra charge. The cottage boasts a modern shower room and an inviting open-plan ground floor that includes a sitting area with a rustic stone hearth, exposed ceiling beams, and a dining space that connects to a separate kitchen.

Outside, Nanparra Cottage offers a delightful enclosed patio courtyard, elevated slightly to provide a pleasant sunspot complete with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the serene countryside views. Off-road parking for one vehicle is available, and the cottage is conveniently situated within a 15-minute walk to Maenporth Beach, as well as close proximity to a local village pub and store. The amenities include central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi, with all fuel and power costs, along with bed linen and towels, included in the rental price.
