5 Rose hill has recently been renovated to the highest of standards. Simple, yet tastefully decorated, the natural light flows through out this beautiful open plan residence.

The main floor comprises of the dining area, self-catering kitchen with all basic equipment for cooking, and a living room in one deceivingly large space. Enjoy our heated floors in the cooler months, and in the warmer months take advantage of the large retractable patio doors to enjoy indoor-outdoor living.

Not all houses in Central Beaumaris are lucky enough to have their own private outdoor space, but opening up the patio doors will lead you through the secure garden up into the little "nook,” as we like to call it. In the cooler months turn on the electric fire place, curl up under a blanket and read a book or just relax while you drink a coffee and enjoy the serenity of this space.

Moving up the stairs, you will come across the first of two bedrooms. This can be dressed as a double bed or two singles thanks to the zip mattress. In the corner you will find a ladder leading up to the cinema room. Grab some popcorn, turn on the funky coloured lights and sign into your Netflix account for a cozy night in.

Through the hall you reach the bathroom featuring heated floors and a wonderfully spacious shower, with lush oversized towels and complimentary shampoo and body wash

Finally, you will enter the master bedroom, boasting views of the dramatic mountain landscape in the distance from a blinding balcony door. Electrically operated sky-light windows and blinds are a nice touch, allowing you to wake up to the blue skies above and adding to the serenity of the space.

Although there isn't a designated parking space, street parking is very easy to find either right outside the front door or just around the corner.

This vacation home is located in Beaumaris. Baron Hill Golf Club and Storws Wen Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit The Penny Farthing Sweet Shop and Treasure Island Fun Centre.
