The ground floor features an open-plan living area complete with two comfortable sofas and a wall-mounted smart TV, along with a dining table for four and a kitchen area designed for light meal preparation. Guests can also enjoy the vibrant culinary scene in Bowness, just a 15-minute walk away, filled with fantastic restaurants and cafes.

On the first floor, visitors will find three inviting bedrooms: one double and two singles, two of which boast views of Lake Windermere. The bedrooms are bright, cozy, and equipped with central heating to ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious bathroom on this level includes a walk-in electric shower, toilet, and basin, providing all necessary amenities. Outside, a small garden is shared with the neighboring watersports center during the day, but becomes an exclusive space for guests after 4 PM, perfect for barbecues or alfresco dining.
