The modern kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, gas hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine, is well-equipped for preparing meals, supported by a comprehensive selection of crockery and utensils.

Accessed via a spiral staircase, the first floor houses two bedrooms: a bright master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom featuring bunk beds and a unique "Beach hut" wardrobe. The bathroom is functional and stylish, fitted with a shower cubicle, WC, sink, storage, and a heated towel rail. Additionally, a light and airy garden room at the rear serves as a perfect spot for reading and unwinding, with patio doors leading to an outdoor decking area furnished with rattan furniture and a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining.
