Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: St Merryn is a typical Cornish village located two miles from the coast and close to Padstow's picturesque harbour and fishing port. St Merryn is a holidaymaker's dream, surrounded by some of Cornwall's best surfing beaches and golf courses, with two pubs, three restaurants, a Chinese takeaway, a chip shop, mini markets, and a Post Office, yet it remains within easy reach of the area's visitor attractions. The vibrant town of Newquay is eleven miles away, and it has three major beaches, the National Surf Centre, and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a watersports enthusiast's paradise.

Located in Padstow, this cottage is on a lake. Prideaux Place and Roche Rock are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Porthcothan Beach. Padstow Maize Maze and Camel Creek Adventure Park are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
