Situated in a small block of four bungalows at the south end of the town, this holiday home is only a few minutes from the beach and an easy walk to family holiday facilities along the promenade. There is a supermarket close by and the town centre is minutes by car and can also be reached by the regular ‘land train’ which stops near-by and travels along the sea front to the end of the cliffs at the Lighthouse, making a stop on the Green about half way for the High Street. A walk to the town is about 20 minutes The property offers comfortable accommodation with gas heating, vinyl flooring, plus the added bonus of accepting medium size pets. There is a small open lawn garden area to the rear and the front. Parking for two cars. The location is ideal for a beach holiday or as a base for exploring beautiful Norfolk. Entrance into lobby and cloaks area. Door into open plan living area with lounge and kitchen to the side with breakfast bar and stools. 34 inch Freeview TV/DVD. Two bedrooms; one with bunks and the other with a double* and door to outer lobby with dog flap (not too large!) and door to rear garden with undercover storage area for bikes and garden furniture. *Under the double is a slide out bed for one extra child (under 10 years) but please be aware the small size of the room when this is used. Please note that there is room for the extra pull out bed or the cot - not both. Shower room with walk in shower, WC and washbasin. Parking; Designated parking by the property.
